Six years later, the platform monitors 100,000 cameras across Fortune 500 customers — airports, retail chains, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, theme parks. Some of the largest installations on earth.
Along the way, we kept seeing the same thing.
The cameras saw everything. A spill spreading across a grocery floor at 2 AM. A worker climbing without a harness. Pallets blocking an emergency exit. A truck idling at the gate for two extra hours.
They saw it. They recorded it. They archived it.
And then, when something went wrong — a slip, a citation, a detention bill, a missed delivery window — someone pulled the footage and watched the incident they could have prevented.
We don't build cameras. We make the ones already there say something.
So we built Mantid.
The AI is the same production-grade models we shipped at Dragonfruit. Same engineering team. Same edge-first architecture. Same training data from 100,000 live cameras. We just gave it a name and a mission: turn every camera into a safety and operations sensor — one that doesn't just see, but speaks, in time to act.
